Return and Refund Policy

At Yinkuss Store, we take pride in the quality of our jewelry and fashion accessories. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
- Be in its original packaging (including tags, boxes, or pouches)
- Be returned within 7 days of the delivery date
- Please note: Earrings and other intimate jewelry pieces are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, unless defective or damaged on arrival.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Items purchased during sales or clearance promos
- Pierced jewelry (e.g., earrings), unless defective
How to Request a Return
- Email us at yinkussstore@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Name and photo of the item(s)
- Reason for return
- Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return instructions and address.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was received damaged or defective.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, send us an email at yinkussstore@gmail.com
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at yinkussstore@gmail.com
